UPPER CONTROL ARM AND
REPLACING RUBBER MOUNT
AND BALL JOINT

Important!
Rear wheel alignment must be checked
after installation - see Gr. 32.

Remove coil spring - see 33 53.

Unscrew bolts.

Installation:
Tightening torque = 42 Nm.

Unscrew bolt.
Take off control arm.

Installation:
Tightening torque = 77 Nm.

Press out rubber mount with Special Tool
33 4 111 / 112.

Press in new mount (1) flush from the
bevelled end of the control arm with
Special Tool 33 4 113 / 114.

Press out ball joint with Special Tools
33 4 121 / 122.
Check the direction of pressing-out --one
end of the mount has a collar.

Press in new ball joint (1) from the machined
end of the control arm with Special
Tools 33 4 123 / 124.
