Installation: Lubricate eccentric bolt lightly with grease prior to installing. Approved lubricant - see 35-00. 35 00 000

Installation: Engage over-center helper spring (3) in guide on console prior to installation of piston rod (2). | |
Disconnect spring (6). Unscrew nut (7) and pull out shaft bolt. Note: Remove clutch and brake pedals with bearing sleeves, over-center helper spring and spring. |  |
Installation: Tightening torque = 22 Nm (16 ft. lbs.). Check position of spring (6). All sliding surfaces must be given a light coat of lubricating grease. Approved lubricants - see 35-00. 35 00 000
