REMOVING AND INSTALLING
AND CHECKING FLOAT
VALVE

Checking:

The float valve is faulty, if there is
excessive pressure in the fuel system
(tank) or leakage, i.e. gasoline flows
from the float valve to the carbon
canister (carbon canister is filled with
gasoline).

Removing and installing:

Remove right rear side panel - see
Group 41 35 ....
Loosen hose clamps (1 and 2).
Disconnect hoses.

Unscrew (3) and remove the float valve.
