REMOVING AND INSTALLING
HEATER

Remove dashboard - see Gr. 51.
Disconnect battery ground lead.
Unscrew both wiper arms.

Pull off rubber seal.
Punch out pins downward.
Pull up expansion rivets and lift off left
cover.
 
Drain coolant.
Disconnect both water hoses.
 
Unscrew left and right nuts.

Disconnect heater wire harness / car
wire harness plug.
Lift out heater.
