Disconnect oxygen sensor plug on right wheel house. Take electric leads out of holders. |  |
Unscrew both exhaust pipes on the exhaust manifolds. Installation: Replace self-locking nuts. Check gaskets, replacing if necessary. |  |
Loosen support on transmission. Unscrew support on the exhaust tab. Installation: Tighten bolts only after finishing installation of the exhaust assembly without tension. |  |
Unscrew holder for exhaust suspension. Installation: Adjust the holder by moving the tabs on the exhaust and tighten bolts only after finishing installation of the exhaust assembly. |  |
Support the entire exhaust assembly weighing about 50 kg (110 lbs.) with a lifting fixture. Unscrew suspension on left and right sides. |  |
Installation: Align retaining pins to be parallel to the rubber mounts. |  |
Installation: Install tail panel. Align tailpipe in the body opening. Vertically on the rear suspension points. Horizontally by loosening and adjusting the connecting flanges. |  |
